Legal Binding Statement for Installment Plans
Three-Installment Plan Agreement
By selecting the Three-Installment Plan for the MaaxGPU PC Gaming Workshop, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Schedule: You agree to pay the total amount of $569.99 in three installments:
• Initial Deposit: $200 (due at the time of registration)
• Second Payment: $184.99 (due at the start of the workshop)
• Final Payment: $185 (due midway through the workshop)
2. Commitment: You acknowledge and agree to complete all three payments according to the schedule outlined above. Failure to make the payments on time may result in late fees and/or cancellation of your participation in the workshop without a refund of any prior payments.
3. Authorization: You authorize MaaxGPU to charge the payment method provided for each installment on the due dates specified.
4. Default: If you default on any installment payment, MaaxGPU reserves the right to seek the remaining balance through legal means. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the collection process, including attorney fees and court costs.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 6 days before the workshop start dates A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 4 days before the workshop.
Monthly Installments Plan Agreement
By selecting the Monthly Installments Plan for the MaaxGPU PC Gaming Workshop, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Schedule: You agree to pay the total amount of $569.99 in four installments:
• Initial Deposit: $150 (due at the time of registration)
• Three Monthly Payments: $139.99 each (due on the 1st of each month following the initial deposit)
2. Commitment: You acknowledge and agree to complete all four payments according to the schedule outlined above. Failure to make the payments on time may result in late fees and/or cancellation of your participation in the workshop without a refund of any prior payments.
3. Authorization: You authorize MaaxGPU to charge the payment method provided for each installment on the due dates specified.
4. Default: If you default on any installment payment, MaaxGPU reserves the right to seek the remaining balance through legal means. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the collection process, including attorney fees and court costs.
